Information we collect
When you send a B2B inquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business email, company, product category, estimated quantity and project message. We may also record the page address, campaign parameters and Google click identifier connected with the inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your jewelry project, reply to you, continue the business conversation and understand which advertising or landing page generated the inquiry.
First-party site analytics and Google measurement
Fine Chic Jewelry uses first-party anonymous analytics to improve its landing-page design and content. We create a random browser identifier that expires after 30 days and a session identifier that rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity. They let us count approximate unique visitors and sessions and understand page views, broad country, device category, traffic source, scroll and engagement ranges, section views, form starts, contact actions and anonymous browsing sequences. These identifiers do not contain your name, email or contact details, are not used across other websites and are not shared with advertising platforms. Session-level events are retained for up to 90 days. We store only a two-letter country code supplied by our edge network and do not store your IP address, form drafts or a browser fingerprint. If you submit an inquiry, its session identifier and a short pre-inquiry behavior summary may be saved with the inquiry. Google Tag Manager is used separately to manage Google analytics and advertising measurement. Google advertising and analytics storage are denied by default and enabled only after you choose “Allow Google measurement.” You can review or change that Google choice through the “Google measurement” control, or clear identifiers through your browser's site-data controls.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the page, store inquiries and measure advertising. We do not sell B2B inquiry details. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, security and applicable obligations.
